Terms and conditions of use
The general conditions of the online store https://www.sbomber.com/ have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (ZVPot). The online store is managed by Eighty Eight d.o.o., Ulica 1 ° Maja n.1, 6230 Postojna, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as “supplier”). Registration number: 2016/1291, the company is subject to VAT, VAT number: SI17334004.
The general conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights of users and the commercial relationship between supplier and customer. Before using the site, it is necessary to read these general conditions carefully. By using this site you are informed of the general conditions, the protection of personal data and the legal notes and you accept these conditions. If you do not agree with the conditions, please do not use the site. The pages contain links to other sites that are not under the control of the supplier, therefore the exclusive responsibility is of their authors, not of the supplier. The supplier and all the authors of the online content of the supplier, involved in their creation, are not responsible for damages deriving from access to such content or their accuracy or inability to use the information and any errors or deficiencies in its content. The supplier has the right to modify the general conditions by updating this publication. Such revisions of the conditions are binding for you.
Registration is not required for the execution of the order. Just fill in the required fields with personal information and the information you need for delivery.
The supplier allows the following payment methods:
– PayPal (online payment through the website www.paypal.com). After confirming the payment method, you will be redirected to the www.paypal.com server, where you must follow their instructions. Once the payment is fully implemented, your order is sent by post.
Delivery times and method
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders received from Monday to Friday until 14.00 will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be sent on the first working day. In the event that the product at the time of the order is no longer available, the delivery period extends in accordance with the delivery times of the goods from the manufacturer. The stocks of each product are appropriately reported. The contractual partner for parcel delivery is the MSM Logistika d.o.o.
Prices and shipping costs
The prices of the products in the online shop are expressed in Euro (€) and already include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise specified. The Eighty Eight company, with the tax code SI17334004, is a taxable person (SI) and therefore a passive subject of value added tax (VAT). Prices are valid at the time of order and do not have a predetermined validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the methods described above under the conditions set out above. Despite efforts to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information possible, it may happen that pricing information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of a product is changed during the processing of the order, the supplier will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time will offer the customer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction. The contract of sale between the supplier and the customer is stipulated when the supplier confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and are valid for the supplier as well as for the customer. The online store offer is valid while stocks last, unless otherwise indicated.
First select the product you want to buy, and then press the “Add to cart” button. On the right above the cart you can see the total quantity and amount of the ordered products. To remove or reduce the ordered quantity of a specific product, press the “cart” button and then for the product quantity, select the desired number, or press the “basket” to delete the product. The order closing process is started by pressing the “Buy” button. The online store guides the user through the following steps:
1. step – Customer information. Enter the e-mail address and delivery information (name, surname, address, telephone number).
2. passage – Delivery. Select a delivery method and enter the delivery address, in the case it should be different from the one entered in the first step.
3rd step – The payment method and the conclusion of the order. In this step, choose a payment method and complete the order. If you have a promotional code, enter it in the dedicated field.
4th step – summary and confirmation of the order.
After submitting the order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products at your e-mail address. The customer can always access information on the status and content of the order on the supplier’s website. The purchase contract for the products ordered between the customer and the supplier ends at this stage. By clicking on “Confirm order” you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept the general conditions that are published on the supplier’s website. The Slovenian language sales contract is available to the customer at any time, at the bottom of the web page by clicking on the link Terms and conditions of use.
You can cancel the order until the product has been shipped. The product is considered shipped when you receive the second e-mail that the package has been prepared for shipment. To cancel / cancel the order, you must send the cancellation request to our e-mail address, which must indicate the order reference number. In the event of a successful cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.
“Satisfaction or money back guarantee”
All products are covered by the guarantee: “Satisfied or reimbursed”. With this guarantee, if an item does not correspond exactly to the expectations, it can be sent back WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of receipt, in unopened package, following the procedure indicated for reimbursement.
If the product has already been used, however, we would like to make the return within 14 days of receipt of the package, the return of the product is possible, but due to the use of the product the refund will be partial.
The “Satisfied or reimbursed” guarantee is extended from 14 days compared to the 10 normally provided for distance sales. The warranty applies to all products (Article 5 paragraph 3 lett.c D.Lg.185 / 99). The costs incurred for the return are borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
According to the art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005, (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation, under the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must contact our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The goods must then be returned at the customer’s expense and within 14 days from the delivery date of the goods (rather than within the 10 days provided for by the Consumer Code).

Return of damaged shipments
In the event that the package is physically damaged, the content is missing, or shows signs of opening, the customer must make a complaint via email to email@example.com and we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
Protection of personal data
We know that the personal data of visitors and users of our online store is in first place. Therefore, we guarantee 100% security and protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1). By registering online, the user accepts that personal information is stored and used exclusively for the fulfillment of the order. The supplier undertakes to permanently protect all personal user data. User data will under no circumstances be delivered to unauthorized persons. For the protection of personal data, the user himself is responsible for ensuring the security of his username and password.
Discharge of responsibility
The supplier undertakes with his best efforts to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data published on his pages. However, product features, delivery or price changes can occur so quickly that the supplier cannot correct the information on the web pages. In this case, the customer will be informed of the changes and will be allowed to withdraw from the contract or replace the product ordered.
Sbomber.com is owned by Eighty Eight d.o.o., which also manages the online store. The contents published in the online store are the property of Eighty Eight d.o.o. and may be used for non-commercial purposes, where, however, they must retain all the warnings contained in copyright and may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the authorization of Eighty Eight d.o.o.
Complaints and disputes
The supplier complies with current consumer protection legislation. The supplier undertakes with the best efforts to respect its duty to establish an effective system for handling complaints. The complaint can be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org The supplier within five working days confirms to have received the complaint, informs the customer for how long it will be treated and keeps him informed of the proceeding. The supplier is aware of the fact that the essential characteristic of contesting consumers, at least as regards the judicial resolution, is its asymmetry between the economic value of the demand and the costs incurred to resolve the dispute. It is also a serious obstacle for the consumer to initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, the supplier undertakes to resolve any disputes amicably.
The possibility of extrajudicial settlement
The supplier also allows the out-of-court resolution of disputes in the manner prescribed by the EXTRAJUDICIAL RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES.
